Asylum hotel injunctions rejected

The High Court has rejected two applications for injunctions to block the use of hotels as accommodation for asylum seekers.

The High Court has rejected two applications for injunctions to block the use of hotels as accommodation for asylum seekers.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Ipswich BC were seeking to extend the interim injunctions in place on hotels within their borders.
