Authorities 'easy targets for controversial LOBO loans'

Controversial Lender Option Borrower Option (LOBO) loans should be further investigated, a member of the Treasury select committee has suggested.

Controversial Lender Option Borrower Option (LOBO) loans should be further investigated, a member of the Treasury select committee has suggested.

Treasury select committee member John Mann said the Financial Conduct Authority and his own committee should investigate because councils were ‘unsophisticated investors' and ‘easy targets'.
