Bath & North East Somerset poised to appoint new chief executive

Members will be asked to rubber-stamp the appointment of Will Godfrey to the role at a meeting in September.

Bath & North East Somerset Council is expected to appoint Will Godfrey as its new chief executive in the autumn.

He will replace Ashley Ayre, who is retiring as chief executive at the end of September, after 13 years of service to the council.
