Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council has been issued with a Best Value notice after a review found its budget was ‘unrealistic'.
The Government said in the notice it was ‘concerned' at the council's performance but content to allow BCP to ‘continue leading their own improvement'.
