Blackburn with Darwen public health director to retire

Dominic Harrison has announced he will retire as director of public health for Blackburn with Darwen Council.

Prof Harrison was a leading figure in pressing for local test and trace systems during the COVID-19 pandemic and, more recently, was an early advocate of vaccinations for teenagers.
