Blake to leave St Albans

St Albans City and DC’s chief executive, James Blake, is leaving to take a top job at the Youth Hostels Association (YHA).

St Albans City and DC's chief executive, James Blake, is leaving to take a top job at the Youth Hostels Association (YHA).

Mr Blake was appointed to the council's top role in February 2013 after working as deputy chief executive for public services since 2008.
