The Municipal Bonds Agency (MBA) has made direct approaches to finance directors as it maintains hope of a £200m issue in the first quarter of 2019.

Former Wandsworth LBC finance director, Chris Buss, and former executive director of resources at Coventry City Council, Chris West, have been brought on board to help the project.
