Bradford City Council is expected to appoint Lorraine O'Donnell as its new chief executive.

Bradford City Council is expected to appoint Lorraine O'Donnell as its new chief executive.

Ms O'Donnell is currently the chief executive of Cheshire East Council and has previously worked at Durham CC.
