Bucks districts reject county unitary offer

A coalition of Buckinghamshire districts has rejected an offer from the county council to form a single unitary authority.

A coalition of Buckinghamshire districts has rejected an offer from the county council to form a single unitary authority. 

Buckinghamshire CC approached the four districts – Chiltern, South Bucks, Aylesbury Vale, and Wycombe – earlier this month in a bid to jointly prepare a business case for county-wide unitarisation.
