David Cameron last night attempted to sell the Northern Powerhouse concept to US investors in New York City.

David Cameron last night attempted to sell the Northern Powerhouse concept to US investors in New York City. 

The prime minister spoke at a conference in a bid to bring American business to the north of the country just a week after chancellor George Osborne promoted the initiative in China.
