Directors of adults' social services are increasingly look at charging for services for carers, a seminar has heard. 

Speaking at the Association of Directors of Adults Social Services' (ADASS) spring seminar, one frank council chief told colleagues his authority had been forced to consider charging for everything ‘cashable'.
