A lack of collaboration between local government and health services is impacting on people's care, according to a joint report by two watchdogs.

The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman and Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman found Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) were ‘not doing enough to put the vulnerable people they support at the heart of what they do'.
