A new skills white paper could shake up post-16 education and require a new focus on economic growth, says Tom Stannard

After a rollercoaster month since the EU referendum result the political and policy dust might now be beginning to settle – at least until the autumn.

Robert Halfon MP has been confirmed as the new skills and apprenticeships minister at the expanded Department for Education.
