A chief executive involved in devolution talks has expressed her ‘frustration' that the Government ‘shows no sign of wanting to fix the geography issue'.

Writing for The MJ this week, Jo Miller, of Doncaster MBC, which last week signed a devolution deal as part of the Sheffield city region after a month of intensive discussions, admitted the result ‘isn't perfect but as good as it's probably going to be'.
