A new chief operating officer role forms the centrepiece of a major senior management restructure at Bath & North East Somerset Council.

A new chief operating officer role forms the centrepiece of a major senior management restructure at Bath & North East Somerset Council.

The council's director of environment services Mandy Bishop has been appointed to the role, with three other roles also created.
