Chiefs urged to encourage staff to lobby unions

Chief executives and leaders have been encouraged to get their staff to lobby the trade unions which have rejected the national employers’ two-year pay offer.

The proposed pay increase for staff has been delayed after Unison and Unite both rejected the offer.
