Communities secretary Greg Clark has promised to look at lifting the cap on licensing fees for large-scale events.

Cllr Harvey Siggs, leader of Mendip DC, the licensing authority for Glastonbury, last week appealed directly to Mr Clark for him to reconsider the maximum limit.
