It is ‘full steam ahead' on devolution, the new communities and local government secretary, Greg Clark, has told The MJ.

Mr Clark, whose appointment as secretary of state was widely regarded as a signal of the Government's intention to press ahead with devolution, has confirmed the process is ‘one of the main components of the Government's ambition in the next few years'.
