Combined authority hires executive director

The East Midlands Combined County Authority has appointed Damien Dacey as executive director of strategy and inclusive growth.

The East Midlands Combined County Authority has appointed Damien Dacey as executive director of strategy and inclusive growth.

Dacey is currently the authority's interim executive director for inclusive growth, having joined in October 2023.
