Local government secretary Robert Jenrick has expressed concern at Nottingham City Council's plans to turn around its 'very serious weaknesses'.

Measures to recover from the collapse of the council-owned Robin Hood Energy include overhauling the authority's constitution and governance, reviewing its companies and disposing assets.
