COSLA backs named person policy

Council leaders have welcomed the controversial named person initiative after the Scottish Government reaffirmed its commitment to the policy.

Council leaders have welcomed the controversial named person initiative after the Scottish Government reaffirmed its commitment to the policy.

The Scottish Government did agree to ‘refresh' guidance on the policy in a bid to assuage ‘concerns and misunderstandings'.
