Tower Hamlets LBC's chief executive has welcomed a judgement that found a Times article about a fostering case was misleading.

The Independent Press Standards Organisation's (IPSO) complaints committee upheld a complaint about an article on Tower Hamlets placing a Christian child in the care of a Muslim family.
