Council drops COVID tier three legal challenge

Stratford-on-Avon DC said new information had come to light following a response from the Government.

A legal challenge over the COVID-19 tier system has been dropped by Stratford-on-Avon DC.

Council leader Cllr Tony Jefferson, said new information had come to light and it will instead meet with Government representatives alongside the other Warwickshire authorities later this week.
