Local government leaders have warned the Scottish Government must recognise and invest in council staff to deliver its key priorities for the next three years.

Local government leaders have warned the Scottish Government must recognise and invest in council staff to deliver its key priorities for the next three years.

In its response to the Scottish Government's consultation on its resource Spending Review (RSR) framework, the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) stressed the sector could not continue to find efficiencies following years of austerity.
