Rutland CC's decision to withdraw its local plan leaves it facing ‘serious risks,' the authority's own leader has warned.

Councillors made the decision at a special meeting last week after confirming their earlier rejection of a Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) grant of £24.9m.
