The discovery of ‘very serious failings’ by a housing watchdog has seen Castle Point BC downgraded to the lowest rating.

The discovery of ‘very serious failings' by a housing watchdog has seen Castle Point BC downgraded to the lowest rating.

It follows a planned inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) which found ‘fundamental changes were needed to address very serious failings'.
