Culture is about who we really are

The concept of culture may be difficult to buy or sell, but it is worth the investment, writes Lawrence Conway.

For my penultimate reflection, I would like to spend a little time considering the value of culture.

Very often we view the essence of culture as that which pervades within our organisation, that which we spend vast sums of time and money on creating in our own image, for everyone to follow in the express hope of achieving our ultimate ambitions and objections.
