A top public health director has attacked the Government's decision to prioritise vaccinations by age as ‘deeply flawed'.

Director of public health at Blackburn with Darwen Council, Dominic Harrison, criticised the Government's decision last week that the second phase of the vaccine rollout should start with all those aged 40-49.
