Derbyshire to abandon collective leadership

The council is set to appoint a permanent managing director after four years in a management overhaul.

Derbyshire CC is set to abandon the collective leadership model for officers after four years.

An independent review by consultants Penna has recommended appointing a managing director to sit above the four executive director posts created in 2017.
