Derbyshire CC has made a last-ditch plea to Chesterfield BC to reconsider joining the Sheffield city region amid fears the North Midlands devolution deal could be derailed.

Derbyshire CC has made a last-ditch plea to Chesterfield BC to reconsider joining the Sheffield city region amid fears the North Midlands devolution deal could be derailed.

Officers at Chesterfield BC have published a report recommending councillors choose the Sheffield combined authority deal when they meet on Thursday.
