'Too few details' in rush to complete Housing Bill

Lords and council leaders have slated the Government for driving through the Housing and Planning Bill without basic details on the sale of high-value properties.

Lords and council leaders have slated the Government for driving through the Housing and Planning Bill without basic details on the sale of high-value properties.

Whitehall has proposed to fund the extension of Right to Buy to housing associations by forcing the sale of the top third most valuable houses, but has failed to define whether this will be worked out on a national, regional or local authority basis.
