Devolution must not consist of a ‘series of short-term and opportunistic one-off deals,' a MP has warned.

Speaking in a Westminster Hall debate last week, Coventry South's Labour MP Jim Cunningham argued devolution ‘must be formed into an extensive long-term nationwide plan'.
