The fate of a housing company established by four councils in Kent hangs in the balance after a catalogue of failings was uncovered.

East Kent Housing (EKH) was launched in 2011 by Canterbury City Council, and Dover, Folkestone & Hythe and Thanet DCs as an arms-length management organisation (ALMO) for housing services.
