Dudley appoints interim chief executive

Dudley MBC has appointed Balvinder Heran as its new interim chief executive.

Dudley MBC has appointed Balvinder Heran, as its new interim chief executive.

Heran, who has been deputy chief executive at the authority since 2021, took on the role this week following the retirement of Kevin O'Keefe.
