The man who led the successful legal fight to oust the mayor of Tower Hamlets LBC is to run for office to help ‘frustrated' officers.

Andy Erlam, who led the four voters who launched the legal action against Lutfur Rahman, said he would stand to ‘change every aspect of the council'.
