A senior Cheltenham BC councillor has declared the era of arms-length management organisations (ALMOs) over as the council voted to wind up its housing firm.

A senior Cheltenham BC councillor has declared the era of arms-length management organisations (ALMOs) over as the council voted to wind up its housing firm.

Services provided by Cheltenham Borough Homes will be brought in-house in an effort to make savings.
