Council workers face an anxious wait as legal proceedings have been formally launched against the Government over its exit pay cap.

Council workers face an anxious wait as legal proceedings have been formally launched against the Government over its exit pay cap.

Lawyers in Local Government (LLG) and Association of Local Authority Chief Executives (ALACE) have issued judicial review proceedings seeking to quash the regulation.
