Experts seek clarification on virtual meetings regulations

Councils should give five working days' notice for virtual meetings or use normal urgency procedures while clarification is sought on regulations in place during COVID-19, says new guidance.

The Association of Democratic Services Officers (ADSO),  Lawyers in Local Government (LLG), and the National Association of Local Councils (NALC) published the guidance today, in response to the regulations introduced at the weekend.
