Durham CC has announced plans for a £20m investment fund to help businesses grow.

Durham CC has announced plans for a £20m investment fund to help businesses grow.

A report went before the council's cabinet yesterday on the proposed Finance Durham scheme, which will operate like a venture capital fund, investing in firms that are based in the county.
