Financial issues slow down health care integration

Health and social care integration is being ‘parked’ because of the current financial climate, the Department of Health has been warned.

Health and social care integration is being ‘parked' because of the current financial climate, the Department of Health has been warned.

Research by the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) undertaken on behalf of the department found that financial issues were ‘slowing the pace of change'.
