The Treasury has stalled a Freedom of Information (FoI) request from The MJ to release all documentation submitted by all authorities to the 4 September devolution bid deadline.

The Treasury has stalled a Freedom of Information (FoI) request from The MJ to release all documentation submitted by all authorities to the 4 September devolution bid deadline.

Under the FoI Act 2000, public bodies must respond to requests within 20 working days unless there are extenuating circumstances.
