Former council chief to chair improvement board

Richard Carr has been confirmed as chair of Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority’s independent improvement board (IIB).

Richard Carr has been confirmed as chair of Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority's independent improvement board (IIB).

The appointment follows the resignation of Lord Kerslake as chair earlier this year due to ill health.
