Employers in Scotland have been urged to increase their pay offer, in the run up to a ballot over industrial action.

Employers in Scotland have been urged to increase their pay offer, in the run up to a ballot over industrial action.

The GMB union were due to send a statutory notice to the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA), warning they will ballot schools, early years, waste and cleansing staff.
