We are experiencing the most significant changes to employment legislation since 1996, relating to pay, day-one rights, ‘fire and re-hire' and new guidance on the right to strike.

While ensuring compliance with these new laws is crucial, those who engage with the intent behind these changes will find opportunities to strengthen their employer brand, employee value proposition and workforce transformation plans.
