Curbs on visas for graduates could undermine levelling up, the Government has been warned by its own advisers.

The Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) has recommended no changes be made to visas for graduates - a move welcomed by the Core Cities group as a 'positive' outcome based on 'economic and social arguments'.
