Refugees minister Lord Harrington hopes to place homeless Ukrainian families with sponsors, a committee of MPs has heard.

Chair of the Levelling Up, Housing and Communities Committee, Clive Betts, raised reports from councils that Ukrainian refugees had presented themselves as homeless.
