Alternative proposals to reform council tax highlight the ‘regressive and unfair' nature of the Scottish Government's plans, the Green Party will argue today.

The Scottish Greens' local government spokesman, Andy Wightman MSP, will make the case that most properties are in the wrong council tax band in a Holyrood debate.
