Reporting to the Director of Children and Young People's Services; we're looking for a transformational leader to deliver our comprehensive improvement plan. You will have the ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver services that make a difference to young people and their families.

The successful candidate will have the vision to implement the changes prompted by the Munro report, to effectively improve the quality and consistency of fieldwork practice in social care. You will bring your personal expertise to shape our progress and deliver excellent outcomes for children and young people and their families.
