Herbert named Surrey CC chief

Wiltshire Council boss Terence Herbert has been named as Surrey CC’s chief executive.

Wiltshire Council boss Terence Herbert has been named as Surrey CC's chief executive.

Herbert will replace Surrey's interim chief executive Leigh Whitehouse who has stepped up following Joanna Killian's departure to lead the Local Government Association.
