Housing Improvement Officers, East Staffordshire Council

A key role with responsibilities that lead to improvements to the condition of housing stock in the Borough, you'll investigate and resolve housing and public health complaints, implement regeneration programmes and encourage private house owners to maintain their properties. And that's just the start.

Along with experience in the private housing sector, you'll need a working knowledge of housing standards enforcement or construction and a relevant housing qualification.
